The German group meets every first and third Tuesday (also fifth Tuesday when there is one) in the Methodist Church Hall on Church Street in Heckington.

Plenty of parking nearby. We begin at 10, take a break around 11 for coffee/tea and biscuits (occasional cake, if you're lucky) and finish at 12.

Although this is a "class" rather than a conversation group, we do cover a variety of topics: poetry, music, fairy tales, geography, etc, while trying to get to the bottom of the mysteries of the German language.

Laughter is an essential ingredient. So is warm clothing!

Not really suitable for absolute beginners right now, but anyone is welcome to drop by for a taster.
